Thoughts We Must Have

As we stand on the land of the people who stood strong … do we think?
As we stand on the land of the people who we kicked and beat … do we think?
As we stand on the land of the men, the women, the two spirit peoples … do we think?
Or do we stand on this land with OIL, GAS, AND BLOOD … on our hands … do you think?

NO we do not think, we speak with our actions and our actions have been pipelines and lies and fake apologies for those who have died … for this land. WE DO NOT THINK!

So please think.

And then do something to stop.
The hatred. The destruction. The racism. And the obstructions that stop the lives of those who brave the waters of white colonialism.

But just think.

Because thinking leads to action, action to change, change to peace.
And that’s what we need most of all.
Don’t you think?
